Returns & exchanges
We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
Why?
When a refund is requested on the purchase of a physical product, the product is returned before the money is refunded.
However, when a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. The digital file likely remains in Your possession.
Please read carefully the title and description.
